We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date your order is received.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
Unused.
In perfect condition.
Returned in its original packaging.
Accompanied by the purchase receipt or order number.
Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value, with the price difference paid by the customer when applicable.
Shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or an incorrect product was sent.

Our pieces are created through artisanal sculpting and casting processes. Minor irregularities, textures, marks, or color variations are not considered defects, but rather distinctive features that reflect the handmade nature of each piece.
Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
